Resorts World Casino Philippines: the Newport City resort behind the name
“Resorts World Casino” points at a real place: the casino of Newport World Resorts, the integrated resort that opened on 28 August 2009 as Resorts World Manila — the first of its kind in the Philippines — and took its current name in 2022. This independent guide covers where the resort is (directly opposite NAIA Terminal 3 in Pasay), how the floor and Epic Rewards work, and the entry rules for guests aged 21 and over.
Play online →“Resorts World Casino” is a search phrase pointing at a real resort. The property on Newport Boulevard in Newport City, Pasay opened on 28 August 2009 as Resorts World Manila — the first integrated casino resort in the Philippines — and was renamed Newport World Resorts in 2022. It is run by Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc., sits directly opposite NAIA Terminal 3, and its casino floor is listed among PAGCOR's licensed casinos in the register published on 16 July 2026, open around the clock for guests aged 21 and over. Because no online brand called “Resorts World Casino” appears in the PAGCOR registers published on 4 December 2025 and 16 July 2026 — the operator's approved online brands are registered under NWR names, such as NWR Epic World — there is no “Resorts World Casino” account to open, deposit to make or app to install. This guide explains what does exist instead.
Practical information
Newport World Resorts at a glance
Betting in the Philippines: key facts
| Minimum age | 21 |
|---|---|
| Regulator | PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) — the single regulator of casinos in the Philippines; the Newport City resort appears among the licensed casinos in the register published on 16 July 2026 (current lists: pagcor.ph) |
Admission to a PAGCOR-licensed gaming floor is strictly for guests aged 21 and over with a valid government-issued ID. PAGCOR's published house rules for its gaming premises also keep out students of any school, college or university, government employees together with their immediate relatives, and AFP and PNP personnel together with their immediate relatives. Each venue applies its own admission policy at the door.
What this guide covers
- Where the resort is: Newport Boulevard in Newport City, Pasay, directly opposite NAIA Terminal 3 — since 2017 an air-conditioned footbridge of about 220 meters, Runway Manila, has linked the terminal with the resort side.
- What stands behind the name: the property opened on 28 August 2009 as Resorts World Manila, the first integrated casino resort in the Philippines, run by Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc., and became Newport World Resorts in 2022.
- How entry works for a walk-in guest: free admission, a valid government ID, the strict 21-year age line, and the categories of people PAGCOR's house rules keep off the floor.
- How money works at a physical casino: cash buy-ins at the tables, tickets at the machines, the cashier's cage for redemptions — and no online deposit anywhere under this name.
- Why every “Resorts World Casino online” login, app or promo code you meet belongs to somebody else: no online brand called “Resorts World Casino” appears in the PAGCOR registers published on 4 December 2025 and 16 July 2026, and the operator's approved online brands are registered under NWR names, such as NWR Epic World — not this one.

From Resorts World Manila to Newport World Resorts
When it opened on 28 August 2009, Resorts World Manila was the first integrated resort in the country: a casino, hotels, a mall and a theatre assembled around one address years before the Entertainment City resorts along the bay followed. The 2022 renaming to Newport World Resorts changed the sign, not the substance — the operator remains Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc., and the licence remains with PAGCOR, whose register of licensed casinos published on 16 July 2026 lists the Newport property.
The complex today spans several hotels — Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton, Hotel Okura Manila, Holiday Inn Express and Belmont among them — the Newport Mall, and the Newport Performing Arts Theater with around 1,500 seats. Its calling card is location: the resort faces NAIA Terminal 3 across Andrews Avenue, and since 2017 the air-conditioned Runway Manila footbridge, roughly 220 meters long, has connected the terminal directly to the resort side, which makes this the one casino in Metro Manila you can reach from an arrivals hall on foot.
For visitors the practical points are simple: the floor never closes, admission is free, and the door is the only place your identity is checked. Everything the old “online” vocabulary implies — logging in, depositing, withdrawing — happens in person here, and the pages of this guide translate each of those words into what actually occurs at a Newport gaming floor.
Where Newport World Resorts is
- From NAIA Terminal 3: cross via the Runway Manila air-conditioned footbridge — about 220 meters, open since 2017 — straight into the Newport side.
- By car: the resort fronts Andrews Avenue and Newport Boulevard in Pasay, just off EDSA and the airport road network; hotel and mall parking is on site.
- By public transport: airport loop buses, taxis and ride-hailing serve NAIA Terminal 3 around the clock; the terminal is the natural landmark.
- Around the resort: Newport Mall, the Newport Performing Arts Theater and the hotels share the same complex, so everything is within a short indoor walk.
The Newport venue itself is a physical casino, so nothing on this page is an online account. If you would rather play online than travel to Pasay, our partner offer opens separately — check who operates it, and what the PAGCOR register at pagcor.ph says, before you spend anything.
